We empower families to establish small, income-generating projects
built on their skills and capabilities, enabling financial independence and
long-term sustainability

The Productive Families project is implemented under the framework of Kingsons Foundation for Integrated Development, with a focus on empowering women and girls economically. The project supports them in building self-reliance by creating suitable job opportunities within their local communities.
It aims to transform traditional and handicraft skills into income-generating activities—contributing to improving living standards and enhancing economic stability for beneficiary families.
Why This Project?
Many women and girls—especially in underserved communities—face challenges related to limited access to suitable job opportunities and difficulties entering the formal labor market.
The Productive Families project was designed as a response to these challenges by:
Providing safe and suitable work opportunities for women
Supporting economic independence for families
Leveraging local skills and transforming them into marketable products
Strengthening the role of women in community development
The program targets the most vulnerable families who are capable of participating in income-generating activities. Participants are selected based on clear criteria, including commitment, willingness to work, and the ability to collaborate within a team environment.
