Self-Employment Opportunities

This project is implemented as part of Kingsons Foundation’s efforts in comprehensive development, aiming to economically empower youth and support them in building independent career paths that align with the evolving labor market needs. The project focuses on equipping youth with essential life and vocational skills, enabling them to enter the labor market or start their own businesses—contributing to reducing unemployment and improving living standards.

Why This Project?
Many young people face real challenges in accessing stable job opportunities due to limited traditional employment options and the mismatch between their skills and labor market demands. This project was designed to address these challenges by: Supporting youth in discovering and developing their potential Building practical and life skills Promoting a culture of self-employment and entrepreneurship Aligning training programs with real market needs
