today’s job market—through practical training programs that help them build
careers based on efficiency, professionalism, and dedicationز

The Vocational & Administrative Training project is implemented within the framework of Kingsons Foundation for Integrated Development, with a focus on building individuals’ capacities and preparing them for the job market.
The project aims to create suitable employment opportunities—whether through self-employment or productive work—by equipping beneficiaries with practical vocational and administrative skills that align with local labor market needs. It also contributes to improving income opportunities and enhancing economic stability.
Why This Project?
Many community members face challenges due to limited practical and administrative skills, which reduces their chances of securing sustainable employment or managing small businesses effectively.
This project was designed to address these challenges by:
Developing vocational skills required in the labor market
Strengthening essential administrative capabilities
Improving employment and self-employment opportunities
Linking training programs to real community needs
The project targets youth from different educational and professional backgrounds, as well as women interested in acquiring vocational skills. It also supports individuals seeking employment opportunities or aiming to develop their professional careers. Participants are selected based on clear criteria to ensure commitment, seriousness, and maximum benefit from the training programs.
