In line with the directives of H.E. Mr. Mohamed Abdel Latif, Minister of Education,
and based on the instructions of Eng. Raed Heikal, Chairman of the General Authority for Adult Education,
and under the implementation of Mr. Shady Rizk, Director General of Minya Branch,

a cooperation protocol with Awlad El Molouk Foundation for Integrated Development was officially delivered.

On Monday, 20/10/2025, Mr. Shady Rizk, Director General of the branch, received:

• Ms. Elham Zakaria – Director of Awlad El Molouk Foundation
• Ms. Christine Boutros – Administrative Assistant at the foundation

This meeting was held to finalize and deliver the cooperation protocol between the General Authority for Adult Education and Awlad El Molouk Foundation.

The event was attended by:

• Ms. Sahar Abdel Salam – Head of Protocol Unit
• Ms. Sahar Samir – Director of Information Systems at the branch
